Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, it is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
1. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, you may notify our designated DMCA Agent with the following written information (pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that you request to be removed, with enough information to allow us to locate the material.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our DMCA Agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your address is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentations
Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents material or activity as infringing may be liable for damages. This includes costs and attorney’s fees incurred by us or our users.
